Exercise

3 types of Exercise:
In order for exercise to benefit Alzheimer's patients, 3 types of exercise should be practiced regularly:

 

Strength Exercise - this type of exercise improves cardiovascular health, which in turn eliminates oxidants in the brain.

Balance Exercise - this type of exercise helps AD patients improve their posture, which in turn improves their ability to complete everyday tasks.

Aerobic exercise - this type of exercise improves AD patients cardiovascular health, which eliminates oxidants from the brain. Examples of aerobic exercise include running and swimming.
